RETURN POLICY

ORDER CHANGES

 

If it's only been a few hours since your order was placed, you can use the online  Contact Form on the Contacts page to attempt to change the order. However, I do my best to process every order quickly and therefore, I cannot promise your order can be changed.  If it's been more than a few hours since your order was placed, there is a very good chance that it has already been processed or shipped. Then unfortunately no changes will be able to be made.  Please remember to include your order# on all correspondence.

 

 

RETURNS


If you are not happy with the item you purchased, it can be returned within 15 days of receipt in its original condition and unworn.  I will refund the original purchase price and any taxes paid minus our original shipping charge.  All shipping charges for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.  All returns must be preauthorized, using the online Contact Form. Please be sure to include your original invoice/order number, your name, and your telephone number and the reason for returning the item.  Once approved, you will receive mailing instructions.  Refunds to credit cards may take up to 14 days to appear on your account, due to the banks' processing times.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment for quality. However, if you feel the merchandise you have received is defective in some way, please contact me immediately using the online Contact Form.  The return postage charge will be covered on pre-approved returns.  "Premature breakage" is not considered to be defective merchandise. Jewellery can be delicate and should be handled with care.
